1. Guaranteed Delivery:
When you place your order, we tentatively agree a delivery time, to suit you and fit in with the time frame of the caterers and other suppliers. 14 days before your function, we call you to confirm a specific completion time after which, we guarantee to meet that deadline. If you ask for Friday evening completion, we may indeed ask if we can complete on Thursday evening or lunchtime for example, if it's convenient for you - but we guarantee to finish your marquee no later than we agree beforehand.

2. Collection Time:
Because we only allocate one marquee to one function per week, this eliminates the need for a rush to get it removed. Should you wish to keep your marquee in place, for a charity event or luncheon for staff, family and friends the next day, that's fine. Again, as with installation, the caterers will need time to remove their equipment and clear away, so when the marquee is finally removed, and your site returned to normal, it would be done so without leaving rubbish or any sign that the marquee was there at all.

3 Standard of equipment:
We understand that cleanliness and presentation are of the utmost importance for corporate and formal occasions and because of this; we employ a team of people who's role it is to wash, launder and maintain our marquees and interiors on a weekly basis. On top of which, our marquees are kept specifically for formal occasions, so you'll know that it won't have been used at a public show or as a craft marquee the week before.

4 Workmanship:
Our installation staff are all full-time employees chosen for their specific abilities. They also manufacture our marquees too, so take a great deal of pride in the work they do. What's more, because we never over commit, they have the time to complete your installation to your satisfaction with the emphasis on the finishing touches.

5 Advice:
The fundamental reason problems arise is due to lack of communication between the various suppliers. Often, the marquee company won't even know who the caterers are, let alone talk to them on your behalf. We insist on talking to every supplier on your behalf to arrange a timetable of deliveries, discuss any specific challenges, cover the power requirements to ensure that every detail is covered and nothing left to chance.

6 Size of the marquee:
We provide scaled drawings to substantiate our advice, and speak to the caterers and other suppliers before we agree the final specification. There's a lot of work which goes on behind the scenes to ensure that the marquee will be right in every way, so you can forget any worries, knowing it will be precisely how you want it.

7 Choice of equipment:
Because we manufacture our marquees, we stock a much larger range than many. We currently stock 107 different sized marquees and hundreds of feet of walkways in a range of different sizes. Experience has taught us that given the space, the wider the marquee, the better the atmosphere, and because of this as, well as stocking standard widths up to 40' (12.5 mtrs) we also operate with 50' (15 mtrs) and 80' (25 mtrs) structures. What's more, if we don't stock specifically what you need, and if we can't justify manufacturing it, we'll tell you and recommend another supplier.

8 Last minute change of specification:
We understand that when you order a specific marquee, or interior, or coloured carpet, you do so for a reason - that's what you want. Quite simply, unless we provide the marquee and interior to the precise specification you request at the beginning, you are covered by our cast-iron service guarantee Meaning: Unless you are entirely satisfied with your marquee - it's free. And knowing this, we don't take chances or make empty promises. Should you wish to change your order at any time, up to 14 days before delivery, we offer you the flexibility to do so.
